Delegate Householder moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefore a new title, to read as follows:

Senate Bill No. 596 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §17A-2-12a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the ability of applicants to make voluntary contributions of specified dollar amounts to the West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance on forms created by the Division of Motor Vehicles and adding thereto a category for unspecified amounts.”
